The wall

A few weeks back I went down to my sisters house in El Centro  to help finish her deck on the way out we stopped on Jacumba to see some friends, on the way in we saw the new border wall. It's crazy, disturbing and in a lot of peoples opinion a big waste of money.

If you know who Shawn Kerri is , then you might recognize her style

She was living in PB at the time I had this done . She was the one who basically created the skanking man for the Circle Jerks . In the 70's she was one of the main artists for the magazine " Cartoons" as well as a bunch of other mags that featured muscle cars and customs .

I don't know the details of her life at the time but she was pretty big in the punk scene as well drawing flyers and cartoon art for bands and the like .

I met her one day while she was wandering around the beach and recognized her from some tattoos she had . We started talking and she said that she had old original art she was liquidating due to not working for a while or something . I instantly bought a few pieces and asked her if she did requests . . . yep she did . I had her do a few and then it struck me , have her paint me , tattooing on the circle jerks guy . Sweet idea , and even sweeter end result .

That's me tattooing the circle jerks guy , talking shit about punk rock and stuff as if we're tight bros . . .

I never did anything with the old ford , other than to sell it to a friend . I guess he almost has it on the road . Maybe someday I'll get to go for a ride in it .

So I was at the fabric store....

we (me and the ol' lady) were looking for upholstery from some old chairs and I saw this flamed out motorcycle fabric their was a CB 750 a bagger and some other shit... O and this Cole Fosters Blue Bike with a flamed tank.
